PALM SPRINGS, CA — In a bittersweet announcement, H3K Home+Design has confirmed it will close its beloved Palm Springs showroom at 501 S. Palm Canyon Drive on July 1, 2025, following the expiration of its lease. But before the doors close for good, shoppers are invited to take advantage of a major blowout sale, with select items marked down by as much as 75%.

The award-winning design firm, known for its sleek midcentury modern sensibility and full-service renovation expertise, says the decision will allow it to concentrate its retail energy at the company’s larger showroom in Palm Desert, which remains open and thriving.

“We’re disappointed to say goodbye to our beautiful Palm Springs space,” said co-founder Kevin Kemper. “Unfortunately, we weren’t able to renew the lease, so we’ve decided to consolidate our operations. Our Palm Desert showroom will now serve as the heart of our retail experience, offering a more dynamic and streamlined destination for design lovers.”

While the move marks the end of an era in Palm Springs, co-founder Howard Hawkes emphasized that H3K’s local roots are as strong as ever.

We’re also keeping a dedicated office for our design and renovation services right here in Palm Springs.”
